RSS Feeds Are Easily Read Using Safari on the Iphone
The easiest way is to sync your bookmarks with your computer using iTunes. This works with Macs and Windows. A MobileMe subscription will also sync bookmarks wirelessly and instantly.
The advantage of using the Safari on the iPhone RSS feed reader is that pages load up extremely quickly compared to loading up standard web pages. The disadvantage is that it doesn’t display notifications of newly published articles. If you need this feature, there are numerous RSS apps in Apple’s App Store.
Adding RSS feed bookmarks directly from Safari on the iPhone is a bit different as there is no blue RSS icon in the address bar. Instead, find and click on a link that displays “RSS” or an image like the one below.

This will bring up the Safari on iPhone RSS feed reader seen in the picture above. From there, you can just press the “+” button to create a bookmark for the RSS feed.
